The Rise of the Gastric Snake

This has got to be every young parent's worst nightmare. A snake slithering out of A BABY'S MOUTH. Squick. This was so disturbing, I had to make it a shadow on a wall. 

Guess this "Gastric Snake" begins its life as a parasite and when it grows older, it enters the outside world through its hosts mouth. Or some other orifice that might be available... I must try not to think about it too hard.
